Beth Delahaij, M.S., M.C.P.

Beth Delahaij brings extensive experience in the evaluation, design, and implementation of demand-side management programs to NMR. With a background in evaluation, policy, and reporting in Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island, Beth has led research for a range of programs across the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Prior to joining NMR Beth spent 15 years at National Grid, where she started as an evaluation and policy analyst for New York programs and later moved on to work as an evaluator in Massachusetts. As an analyst, her work focused on electric and gas efficiency programs including income-eligible, multifamily, and C&I retrofit, as well as National Grid’s behavioral smart grid pilot in Worcester, MA. Most recently Beth served as National Grid’s Manager of Evaluation, Measurement & Verification across Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island. In this capacity she oversaw research portfolios encompassing EE, demand response, and electric transportation programs.

Beth has served on the planning committee for several industry conferences and has moderated several conference sessions.

Beth holds an M.S. in Biology and an M.C.P. in Environmental Policy and Planning, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She enjoys gardening, birding, reading, coaching soccer, and spending time with her family and friends.
