Our Business

NMR provides planning and evaluation services for energy efficiency and renewable energy programs. We help clients evaluate these programs and assess the complex markets in which the programs operate. Our services include developing program theory and logic models, and conducting process, impact and market evaluations. We provide clients with the research-based information and insights to help them to focus program efforts based on the realities of the market, to measure the impacts of energy efficiency and renewable energy programs, and to provide strategic guidance for improving program design and delivery.

History

After nearly two decades in the energy sector, Lynn Hoefgen, Ph.D. founded NMR in 2001 to realize his vision of integrity, ethics and excellence in program evaluation and research. Since then, NMR has grown to a staff of nineteen professionals who share Dr. Hoefgen’s commitment to providing the energy industry with insightful analysis backed by high-quality data.
