Perry Grossman is a project manager at NMR where he conducts market research and energy efficiency program evaluations. At NMR, he conducted a process evaluation of Nova Scotia Power’s EnerGuide for New Houses (ENH) Program, and interviewed builders in order to develop recommendations for the Massachusetts New Homes with ENERGY STAR® Program. He analyzed survey data and conducted interviews with delivery agents for the New Hampshire Home Performance with ENERGY STAR (HPwES) program, and conducted data analysis for a program offering increased incentives to encourage the installation of home energy efficiency measures. Perry has also analyzed store shelf survey and sales data to understand the effectiveness of CFL discount programs and executed research using onsite visit data to understand CFL awareness, use, and purchase behavior in Massachusetts. He has been with NMR since October of 2010 and holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from New York University, where he wrote his dissertation on the linkage of trade and environmental issues. He has an M.B.A from Boston University, and a B.A. in Sociology from McGill University.
