While the majority of NMR employees work from home, we maintain our corporate offices in Somerville, MA.  Our building, Davis Square Lofts, helps us keep our carbon footprint small with passive cooling and radiant floor heating.  Our electricity is 100% wind-generated.  All on-site employees walk, bike, or take public transportation to and from work.  Our location, about two hundred yards down the Minute Man Bike Path from the Davis Square subway station, makes us easily accessible from the Red Line subway and many bus lines.
