David Filiberto, PhD
Project Manager
David, who joined NMR in July of 2009, is an evaluator and social scientist with expertise in research methods, particularly the design and administration of survey instruments. He developed a novel approach to creating surveys titled a Structured Conceptualization Approach to Survey Design, a process merging concept mapping with best practices of survey development. He has advanced quantitative training in statistics and economics and has published on renewable and energy efficiency concerns. He holds a Ph.D. in Policy Analysis and Management and an MPA, both from Cornell University.
David enjoys spending time with his young family and sailing competitively as much as time allows.
