Christine Smaglia

Research Associate II

Christine Smaglia joined NMR in April of 2017. She has experience conducting environmental assessments, performing program evaluations, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. Her previous work focused on reducing the environmental footprint of foodservice operations nationwide. She assessed baseline conditions, calculated energy, water, and financial savings, and developed recommendations to improve sustainability initiatives. Christine holds an M.P.H in Epidemiology and Biostatistics and an M.S. in Food Policy and Economics from Tufts University. She loves to travel, eat delicious food, and spend time outdoors.
